Jay is a successful Chief Financial Officer and business leader with over 30 years of active business experience as a financial executive, mergers and acquisition specialist, board member in technology, renewable, manufacturing and service industries. He currently is the CFO at Team Solara, Inc., an OEM manufacturer of boats. In addition, Jay serves as a board member for several non-profit companies.

Before joining Team Solara’s leadership, Jay has held several critical roles in various companies where he gained experience in a broad range of functional areas. These positions include President of Nexxus Trucking LLC/Nexxus Holdings (2012), Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Engineering, Inc. (2008-2012), Founder/CFO of Outland Renewable Energy (2006-2008), Chief Financial Officer of Lund International Holdings, (1993-1998), Co-Owner of Benefruit (1993-1996) and Chief Financial Officer for Westin Automotive Products (2006-2008).
