Eric Donaldson

Eric is a passionate leader who strives for operational excellence, continuous improvement, coworker development, customer engagement, organizational transformation, collaboration and world-class service. As the Business Unit Director for Minco Heating Products, Eric oversees the global product portfolio with respect to marketing, operational and financial objectives. Mr. Donaldson’s resume resonates with strong international experience across a broad range of markets. He holds 13 US patents and is a keynote conference speaker.

Prior to joining Minco in 2011, Eric’s leadership roles included VP of Sales and Marketing at Remmele Engineering (2009-2011), Senior Project Director Pacific Resources International (2009), CEO of Reell Precision Manufacturing (2005-2009) and as a Director of R&D at Eastman Kodak (1998-2005). In addition, Eric is an adjunct professor, teaching Senior & Graduate level Mechanical Engineering courses in Finite Element Methods, Programming, Vibrations, and Design.
