Justin brings years of cross-functional management, as well as operational and marketing expertise to Machine Safety Management’s board. Justin began his employment with Hydra-Flex in 2009 in operations and was promoted to product line manager in 2012. In his current function, Justin is responsible for strategic and implementation processes.

Prior to joining Hydra-Flex, Justin held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations for Spalon Montage (2004-2009), Information Technology Director at Sweeney Wright Wiencek (2001-2004), Senior Lab Consultant at the University of Wisconsin (1999-2001). Justin also gained valuable sales experience as a sales rep for Badger Sales Inc. (1990-2001).
